Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. While we do not offer traditional refunds, we do offer replacements or exchanges in certain situations to ensure your satisfaction.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost if the issue is confirmed.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours, and we will resolve it quickly by sending the correct product.

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

If a package is returned to us, we may offer a reshipment option.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
